A Michigan regulator has called for more informationabout Enbridge's plan to replace an underwater section ofits Line 5 pipeline, likely adding more delays for the project.The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) saidthat it was reopening the record on Enbridge's application tobuild a tunnel beneath the Straits of Mackinac, saying it haddetermined that the record "is deficient on critical matters ofengineering and safety."
