Thank you to all who attended our insightful Technical Seminar, Smart Cities - cities of the Future, which provided great debate and thought-provoking insights into what cities will look like and feel like in years to come. On the topic of 'feeling' in its broadest sense, the team and I were proud to play an active part in May's Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme of this year's Menial Health Awareness Week was anxiety. Anxiety is a normal emotion in all of us, but sometimes it can get out of control. It can accelerate quickly and become a serious and ongoing mental health problem.
