Quebec City, 2023! The fortified walls that encompass Quebec City-Upper Town, have stood the test of time, having been erected in 1690 and rebuilt over the years under both English and French rule. How fitting then, to have our National Conference, reflecting 40 years of “ORNAC Excellence”, at such an historic location. Our conference theme, Passionate about our Practice, Fortified by our Standards reflect ORNACs passion and fortification, both of which have grown considerably over the decades.
