As 2021 draws to a close, I have been reflecting on a year of steady progress in the development of the CQI's research capability that focuses on contemporary issues facing the profession. We have now completed the first stages of our research into Quality 4.0,including the competences that quality professionals should be acquiring to thrive as digital tools and technologies transform the world of work. Next year, we plan to publish more content on Quality 4.0 and create products and services for you to engage with and benefit from what we have discovered.
