ON A GENERALIZATION OF THE SOUTHWELL THEOREM

The aim of consideration is to formulate on basis of [3] a modified functional I, which necessary extreme postulates, assuming "large" deformations, include the Green-Zerna formulae for strains, if the equations of motion and the boundary relations in arbitrary elastic structures are fulfilled. In particular for small deformations, Hookes law and statics we arrive at the SOUTHWELL theorem.
