Anne Harris meets some of the industrial designers whose work has made Apple a style icon for more than three decades. WHEN YOU think about design-led products, there is one company that immediately springs to mind as constantly setting the benchmark, whether in hardware or software. Jonathan Ive was born in London and gained a BA at Newcastle Polytechnic. Since 1996 he has led what many feel is one of the best industrial design teams of all time.
