Palliative care aims to improve the quality of life of patients and their families in those experiencing life-threatening illness.One of the most significant aspects of palliation is the alleviation of pain and distressing symptoms.This article aims to improve confidence in pain assessment and management by presenting a review on pain in palliative care.
