AbstractMouse thymus‐processed lymphocytes (T cells) sensitized against histo‐compatibility antigens can be specifically adsorbed on, and eluted from, fibroblast monolayers bearing these antigens. Not only normal, but also glutaraldehyde‐fixed fibroblast monolayers can be used for specific adsorption.
