US agricultural commodities shipping company Bunge (Chesterfield, Missouri) and Chevron Corporation business Renewable Energy Group have acquired the Pergamino, Argentina-based seeds business Chacraservicios. The consortium purchased the company from the Italy-based Adamant Group.
