摘要

The paper describes the estimation and expression of uncertainty by universal method in the temperature measurement and the calibration of optical pyrometers by comparison against a transfer standard high stability tungsten strip lamps at three temperature points in the range from 1000 deg C to 2200 deg C to a level of confidence of 95.45percent approximately. The calculation of uncertainty has been supported by a case study where various sources and their contributions to uncertainty have been presented in a mathematical model.
