You may have received one of their catalogs of farm and garden, but did you know that FarmTek holds seminars and classes to help you use their products? A seminar only 90 miles from home was my opportunity to find out just how knowledgeable the FarmTek people are. As it turns out, they are very thorough and very knowledgeable. Led by Jon Kozlowski and Sam Shroyer of FarmTek, the three-day seminar, held at FarmTek's HQ in South Windsor, near Hartford, CT. was all encompassing. The first day was devoted to hydroponic growing, the second to producing fodder for cattle feed, and the third day to Aquaponics. Not having a need for fodder, I attended the first day of the seminar to see if it was like many company seminars that promote the company without helping the grower. This seminar was completely different and for the participants, well worth the cost.
