Standard P-3-bundles of exponent two on algebraic surfaces

Let V-K be a twisted form of P-3 over the function held of an algebraic surface with Pic VK generated by the half of the canonical line bundle. We construct an algebraic fibre space V --> X projective flat over a smooth projective surface X with the generic fibre VK --> Spec K satisfying some properties. [References: 7]
