Cryogenic Air Separation Units Enthusiasm of investors in electronics continues to drive nitrogen gas generators in FY2021

In fiscal 2021(April 2021 through March 2022),31 cryogenic air separation units(ASUs)were shipped and completed installation,10 more than the corresponding period of the previous year.This fiscal year as well,nitrogen gas generators(GN modules)drove the market in line with enthusiastic investments in electronics both in Japan and overseas.It appears that,continuing on from the previous fiscal year,investments in electronics remained active for 5G communications and data centers.User plants continue to increase in scale,with some exceeding 10,000 Nm3/h in equipment capacity.In fiscal 2021,shipments including those for overseas in this area totaled 26 units,or about 80% of the total ASUs.
