Technique for calculating the designs of filled-type objective

This paper proposes a technique for calculating the decentering of the lenses in filled-type objectives, based on probability theory and the actual laws governing the distribution of fabrication errors. An example of a calculation of the decentering of the lenses in a three-lens objective from rotations in the transverse gaps is considered.
