At the top of the list, gathering 26.3% of the vote, was getting a call from the Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) after it had received an anonymous complaint. Running in a close second place, at 23.7%, was a lengthy power outage. When asked about some actual frightening things that had happened to them personally, one respondent reported that their "delivery truck rolled over in the snow with 1,000 garments on it," while another said they once found "an intruder inside the factory looking at my machines."
