SWISS watch manufacturer Omega has what can only be described as a special relationship with the Olympics. The first company to time all events at an Olympiad, Omega's first timing technology to tick into action was a split-seconds chronograph (a combined watch and stopwatch), which was supplied to the 1932 Games in Los Angeles. Four of the original 30 that were used to time the events are now kept in Omega's museum. In September 2009, one was presented to International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge for the Olympic Museum.
