Name: Matt Edelman Title: Senior Service Tech Why He's Featured: For the last six years, Edelman has been with Allentown, Pennsylvania's HSA Mechanical. He joined the company right out of high school. "My father does building automation, and when I was in high school, I took HVAC as a vocational tech course, and I fell in love with it and have been doing it ever since," Edelman said. "I like going out and working on the different equipment, fixing issues for customers, and kind of being the hero - saving the day when everyone is hot or cold." HSA Mechanical's service operation manager, Matthew Fullman, said Edelman is the hardest working technician he knows. "He always goes out of his way to serve our customers," Fullman said. "When mistakes are made, he looks into why it happened and what we can do to prevent it in the future. He never says no to any work or situation. He is always part of the solution and not the problem."
