摘要

This paper discusses the emission characteristics of a laser plasma of lead and gallium in vacuum (3-12 Pa) at a distance from the target of 1 and 7 mm. The laser plasma. is formed when the target is acted on by the radiation of a neodymium laser (tau=20 ns, lambda= 1.06 mu m, f= 12 Hz, W= 10(8)-10(9) W/cm(2)). The features of the power balance of the laser plasma are analyzed at various spatiotemporal sections of its formation. It is shown that it is promising to use the atomic spectral lines that correspond to transitions from levels close to a recombination-flux bottleneck for the diagnosis and monitoring of the laser plasma.
