BP Reaches Offtake Deal for Biofuel Feedstock

BP has struck a 10-year agreement with a company that produces carinata oil, a sustainable feedstock for biofuels that can help decarbonize the transportation sector, including aviation. Under the strategic offtake and market development agreement with Nuseed, an afOliate of Australia-listed Nufarm, BP will buy carinata oil to process or sell into growing markets for sustainable biofuels.
