A Chin-Tuck swallowing is recommended for the rehabilitation of patient of dysphasia. However Impedance Pharyngography (IPG) with Chin-Tuck swallowing includes impedance change which is influenced by neck flexion. Therefore it is difficult to evaluate swallowing using IPG. This paper describes how to eliminate component of impedance change by neck flexion from IPG in Chin-Tuck swallowing. We defined the correction IPG using an elimination method of the impedance change, which was estimated by angle of neck joint. There was high similarity between the correction IPG with Chin-Tuck swallowing and normal IPG, namely without Chin-Tuck swallowing. This method can be expected to rehabilitation fields.
