摘要

Based on empirical laws for the distribution of the temperature and relative humidity of the air for various weather stations, a method has been developed for modelling the distribution law of the meteorological-visibility range that makes it possible, combined with algorithms for modelling fogs and precipitations, to estimate the frequency distribution of the visibility of objects at various ranges by television and thermal-vision devices.
