This little book details the Hyde accident as well as accidents at Opapa (1925), Ratana (1938) and Seddon (1948) where lives were lost through trains travelling too fast around curves. In the case of Hyde and Opapa alcohol was also a contributing factor in the accidents. Opapa, Ratana and Seddon are only briefly covered but this is sufficient to build a picture of common factors in all four accidents.
