To further advance the realization of digital home entertainment environment, Macrovision Solutions Corp. promotes solutions to businesses that support protection as well as strengthening and distribution of digital media content through multiple channels. During 2009 CES, the company introduced in a hotel in Las Vegas technological solutions targeted at consumer electronics manufacturers, which enables sharing of digital content on Internet-capable TVs through a next-generation on-screen TV guide and interactive program guide (IPG).The new TV guide being developed, which is under the project name Neon, will provide consumer electronics manufacturers with a developed infrastructure for next-generation systems, enabling users to conduct all operations in a single screen. These operations include search and playback of TV programs and downloaded content, as well as access to libraries of personal content.
