Factors Affecting Stopped Working and Quality of Life among Workers with Gynecological Cancer

This study aimed to determine gynecological cancer survivors' employment issues, factors related to stopping work, and the effect of employment issues on workers' quality of life. A cross-sectional mailed survey was conducted with 136 women over the age of 18. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that significant factors for stopping work included advanced gynecological cancer, worse performance status, peripheral nerve neuropathy, vomiting interfering with work, and being married. Linear multivariable regression analysis identified that high levels of social support, self-management, and self-efficacy were related to workers' quality of life.
