An incident in which a warehouse worker was thrown from a defective stock picker truck has cost logistics giant Kuehne + Nagel more than ?210,000. Aylesbury Crown Court was told on 15 May that Robert Hayes was flung out of the low level order picker when its steering malfunctioned. His right foot then became trapped underneath the vehicle, fracturing three bones.
