Special Section on Analog Circuit Techniques and Related Topics

摘要

The application area of LSI is enlarging year after year, which makes electrical systems much more familiar to us. Mixed-signal circuits as A/D and D/A converters and RF circuits are leading components to accelerate the trend by improving sensing systems. Therefore, I believe that the assimilation of analog and digital circuit is the key technology for the next generation circuit technology. I hope that this special section gives some clues to readers for the new technology.This special section includes one invited paper and 8 papers which were selected out of 16 manuscripts submitted to this special section. These papers focus on key functional analog circuits as the RF circuit, amplifier, oscillator, etc. Prof. Nagata also gives the hints to analyze digital noise issues in mixed signal circuits in the invited paper.
