Refining margins narrow

Products prices trailed the hike in crude,eroding refinery margins,particularly at the heavier end of the barrel,as turnarounds ended.Fuel oil's discount to medium Urals crude has widened to a record 36/bl (see graph).But margins for lighter products remain robust.
