The Mediterranean Sea coaster market is generally unchanged. Activity has slowed down somewhat in the region, with modest number of new cargo offers. This is partly referred to absence of many players from the market as they attend the industry event in Hamburg. At the same time, spot vessel list does not look excessive, primarily in EMed, where tonnage demand is additionally supported by the Black Sea market. In these circumstances, rates stay at late Oct levels.
