Refiners raise run rates

China's refiners are increasing runs to their highest in at least four years in February,as margins rise on domestic fuel sales.International gasoline and naphtha markets are rebounding,encouraging the production of light distillates for export.But economic outlooks remain weak,limiting the potential for a sustained demand rebound(AGM,2 February,p5).
