The Front Cover image is provided by the quantum biophotonics group, a collaborative effort between Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Wenzhou Institute of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. The image shows that the hydrolysis of ATP can be accelerated approximately 10-fold due to the hybrid energy states, as the optical mode of a Fabry-Perot cavity is strongly resonant to the O-H stretching vibration.
