Kosovo’s energy regulator hikes electricity prices by 15.4

Kosovo’s Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) announced on March 30 it decided to increase electricity prices for final consumers by 15.4% starting from April 1. According to the regulator, the decision was taken because import prices for energy still remain high as well as due to the limited generation capacity in the country to meet the growing demand and the very high inflation, which increased costs of the power suppliers.
