In today’s Mining Briefs: Updates from Mithril, Walkabout, ZMI, Far East, Aruma, Vista, First AU and Zeotech. Mithril Resources and TSXV-listed Newrange Gold have finalised the terms of a recommended, planned reverse takeover that will consolidate the pair's listing in Toronto under the moniker Pinnacle Silver and Gold. The deal will see Newrange issue 18.08 shares for every 1000 Mithril shares, implying a fully diluted equity value for Mithril of almost A$12 million.
