Miners soft on final ASX session of the week

A SOFT session to close the week for the Australian resources sector, with Metals Mining closing slightly down on the ASX 200.Gold stocks lost more than 1 overall while buying of those in the lithium sphere was yet again a feature. Equties futures in the European and US markets were positive, though China was again a laggard and iron ore in Singapore fell around 2 to $104/t. Still, base metal futures also gained after the metals lost ground in the last session.
