Russian Urals discounts to North Sea Dated narrowed in northwest Europe and the Mediterranean, as most cargoes loading on 1-8 February have cleared. The full February programme has yet to emerge, but pipeline operator Transneft may shift Urals exports from Novorossiysk to the Baltic port of Primorsk, after bad weather in the Black Sea delayed loadings.
