US fund backs Black Rock placement

GRAPHITE developer Black Rock Mining has topped up its treasury as it seeks to get its flagship Mahenge project in Tanzania to the starting mine. The company has worked with Blue Ocean Equities and MST Financial Services to secure commitments for A$10 million at 11.5c, a 15 discount to recent trading. Options, exercisable at 20c within 24 months, were also issued.
