Adama inaugurates fungicide plant in Brazil

Adama has inaugurated a fungicide production plant in Brazil. The facility is in Taquari, Rio Grande do Sul state. It will manufacture active ingredients such as prothioconazole for new products for use on cotton and soybeans. The company has invested some R$300 million (US$57.1 million). It says that the investment is part of its expansion plans to double turnover in Brazil and debut ?ve fungicides “over the next few years”.
