BASF's dimpropyridaz gets first of three required Brazilian approvals

The Brazilian national health surveillance agency, the Anvisa, has approved the toxicological evaluation of BASF's insecticide, dimpropyridaz (trade-marked as Axalion). That is one of three required competent authority authorisations. The technology would be used mainly for the management of sucking insects such as leafhoppers, whiteflies and aphids.
