Uruguay recommends approval to Indear GM soybean trials

Uruguay’s biosafety authority has recommended approval of field trials for a stacked genetically modified herbicide-tolerant and insect-resistant soybean technology. The national biosafety body’s risk management commission, the CGR, called for public comments until this week on its recommended authorization for Argentine Bioceres group’s affiliate, Indear’s DBN9004xDBN08002 soybeans.
