Standard amsul prices fell to $220-230/t fob China, owing to lower offers to central America and Indonesia. Domestic supply of standard amsul is expected to increase in the coming months as plants ramp up production in October-November (see domestic section). Two tenders looking to purchase a total of 64,000t of standard amsul and 13,500t of compacted amsul for October-November shipment closed this week, with estimated netback prices to be $220-230/t fob and $260/t fob for standard and compacted amsul, respectively.
