Antwerp launch exchange messaging platform

A state-of-the-art platform for exchanging messages electronically in the port of Antwerp has been launched by the Port of Antwerp and Alfaport. Called Antwerp Port Community System (APCS), it is claimed to significantly improve the way that information is exchanged between logistics service providers within the port.
