2022 JUL 15 (VerticalNews) – By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Mining & Minerals – New research on Mining and Metallurgy is the subject of a report. According to news reporting originating from Concepcion, Chile, by VerticalNews correspondents, research stated, “Purification of molybdenite concentrate from copper concentrates was performed by sulfation. The sulfation of molybdenite concentrates was carried out with pure sulfuric acid (>96%) at 160-190 degrees C to study the influence of the reaction temperature and reaction time on the residual copper in the molybdenite concentrates.” Financial supporters for this research include Codelco-Chuquicamata Division, ANID Centros Basales through Grant.
