2022 JUL 1 (VerticalNews) – By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Mining & Minerals – Fresh data on Technology - Additive Manufacturing are presented in a new report. According to news reporting originating in JinJu, South Korea, by VerticalNews journalists, research stated, “Production of WC-Co alloys by casting is challenging because they have high melting points; therefore, they are mainly manufactured by powder metallurgy. In this study, the WC-Co alloy was produced by material extrusion three-dimensional printing.” Financial supporters for this research include Korea Institute of Ceramic Engi-neering and Technology, Korean Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy via the i-Ceramic Manufacturing Innovation Program.
