US crude inventories fall again; product stocks post small upticks.

Combined EIA crude and product inventories decreased over the week ending July 9 by 1.4MM bbl to 718.7MM bbl, due entirely to a draw in crude oil stocks. Crude levels fell 2.3MM bbl to 382.6MM bbl, down for the second week in a row and settling at a three-month low, despite imports climbing 20K b/d to 7.01MM b/d. By contrast, crude stocks held at the NYMEX WTI delivery point of Cushing, Oklahoma rebounded slighdy by 447K bbl to 20.92MM bbl.
