According to a company source, Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical—a subsidiary of the Chinese refining giant—-has postponed restarting its 250K-mt/y Group II/II base oil unit for a fourth time. The plant in Guangdong province is now scheduled to start up in Aug., the source said.
