GE closes on Baker Hughes buyout.

In the US, GE completed its acquisition of Baker Hughes on July 3. The new company—a combination of Baker Hughes and GE's existing oil and gas services business—will be called "Baker Hughes, a GE company," and will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BHGE. The company is expected to bring in some $23B in revenue annually, doing business in 120 countries.
