Enserco Energy, a subsidiary of Black Hills Corporation, has entered into a long-term agreement with Dorchester Coal that provides Enserco the exclusive rights to acquire and market all coal acquired or produced by Dorchester in Eastern Kentucky. The deal also encompasses preferential access to Dorchester's Ivel preparation plant.
