Hebei Province lawsuit adds fodder, but China's metallurgical coal market will survive

No one to our knowledge is even remotely suggesting Chinese coal use is about to whither up and die on the vine anytime soon. But it's at least worth noting that the anti-coal rhetoric is gaining steam and acknowledgement, even from government officials.
