摘要

The government removed all "Plan B" COVID-19 restrictions between 19 and 26 January, returning England to the auspices of Plan A (vaccinations, testing and self-isolation, advice and support for the NHS). The change was announced by the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, on 19 January1 and means that the government "is no longer asking people to work from home if they can" and is instead advising workers to "talk to their employers to agree arrangements to return to the office". All businesses should follow the principles set out in the government's guidance2, which also links to specific advice on six broad workplace settings and to separate guidance for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. HSE guidance is also available .
