RODON Open Joint Stock Company

摘要

OJSC Rodon was found on　 November 17,　 1993 on the　 basis of Production　 Association 《Rodon》 in the framework of the Program of state property privatization in Ukraine. Production Association 《Rodon》 was created in 1971 on the basis of 《Pozitron》　 plant.　 OJSC 《Rodon》 is the company of Ukraine's electronic branch with high technological level of production.　 Collective form of ownership. Company form: open joint stock company. Stage of privatization: joint stock company in the process of privatization. From the moment of taking the decision on privatization of the open joint stock company 3,601,826 shares of the company (68.16 percent) for the amount of UAH 360,182.6 were placed (sold). Meanwhile 1,682,254 shares (31.84 percent) were unsold.
