Galliford Try and Laing O'Rourke save Imtech jobs

Imtech Water, Waste & Energy (WWE) went into administration last month leaving neaily 70 jobs at risk. Its demise shocked the UK. water industry's supply chain as it was left out of the deal that has led to private equity group Endless backing Imtech UK. Price WaterhouseCooper (PwC) has been overseeing the administration. Imtech WWE had suffered a small number of loss-making contracts in the UK water sector. Project losses concerning the closure of several larger older contracts and market related start-up delays of new projects schemes were blamed.
